The training will be open to all Missouri advocates working with a CAC, including systems-based and community-based advocates.
The new topics are:
- Cultural responsiveness and addressing implicit bias in service delivery
- Caregiver resilience
- Domestic violence/family violence/children’s exposure to domestic violence and poly-victimization
There is no fee for this training.
Please note: If an advocate is participating in the three-day training for Advocates Working with a CAC from October 17-19th, they do not need this additional ½ day as these topics will be covered.
